Change My Mailing Address for Registration, Boats & Mobile Homes

Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, please contact us by phone or letter.

ADDRESS CHANGE FORM
You may change your address on your 'FL' boat decal, motor vehicle related license plate, or mobile home registration.  The following information is required:
  1. Owner name or first name on registration/ID                                                          
  2. Old address                                                          
  3. New address                                                          
  4. Email address                                                          
  5. Phone number                                                                                                                 
  6. For Florida boat, automobile and other motor vehicles, please provide the registration, identification, or license plate number and for security purposes; the first owner's driver license number and date of birth.
A confirmation of the changes will be mailed.
